Terms of Service

RV Marine Leisure is operated by Premium Caravan & Motorhome Services Pty Ltd. These terms apply to purchases made through this online store.

Products and supply

Unless expressly stated otherwise, products are sold on a supply-only basis. Installation, modification, wiring, plumbing, commissioning and certification are not included. Product photographs and descriptions are provided to assist selection, but specifications can change. Confirm critical measurements and requirements before ordering.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in Australian dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise. We may correct an obvious pricing, description or availability error before dispatch. If we cannot supply an affected order on the terms shown, we will contact you and offer the choice of proceeding on corrected terms or receiving a refund for the affected item.

Order acceptance and supplier availability

An order confirmation records your request and payment. Some products are supplied or dispatched directly by third-party suppliers, and availability is confirmed after checkout. If an item is unavailable or delayed, we will contact you with available options, including cancellation of the affected item for a refund.

Delivery

Delivery charges and conditions are set out on our Shipping & Delivery page. Additional charges for remote, restricted-access, unique-location or tail-lift delivery will be advised for approval before dispatch where applicable.

Compatibility and installation

You are responsible for checking that a product is suitable for the intended vehicle, vessel, electrical system and installation space. Manufacturer instructions must be followed and appropriately qualified installers used where required. Nothing in this clause limits rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

Warranty and consumer guarantees

Manufacturer warranties are additional to rights under Australian Consumer Law and do not replace them. Contact us as the seller if you require assistance with a faulty product.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss caused by incorrect product selection, installation contrary to manufacturer instructions, unauthorised modification or use outside the product's stated specifications. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
